This Website is operated by Tegbridge Pty Ltd Trading as Gold Coast Shooters Supplies (GCSS) and other relevant third parties for upkeep and maintenance. Through out the site, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to GCSS. GCSS offers this website and information on this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting this site and making a purchase from us, you engage in our ‘Service’ and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, including additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Any new features or tools which are added will also be covered under the existing terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
REPAIR REPLACEMENT & REFUND Including limitation of Liability
You are not always entitled to a refund under ACCC guidelines. If you have a MINOR problem with an item, we will offer to repair the item if possible or, if it’s not able to be fixed within a reasonable time, we will offer a replacement if we have the item in stock or can be obtained within 21 days. A refund may be offered if it is an item we cannot obtain within this 21 day timeframe, the item is obsolete or there are ongoing issues with the make/model. A receipt/tax invoice or proof of purchase will be required to determine purchase timeframe and price of item. We will also take in to account the amount of time that has passed since the product is purchased and how the item has been used. We consider 30 days to be a reasonable timeframe to have discovered if an item is defective and happy to replace or refund within this timeframe. You may be requested to contact the manufacturer or supplier in Australia after these 30 days directly.
If you have simply changed your mind, decided you don’t like it, ordered the wrong item for your make/model, found it cheaper elsewhere or no longer have a use for it, you are not entitled to a refund. We MAY offer you a store credit but this is at our discretion. Your postage will not be refunded (if applicable). Please ensure you have the correct information when ordering items over the phone or online. This is especially relevant when purchasing grips, stocks and magazines – please refer to manufacturers websites to check and ensure its correct for you and use any stock code numbers when ordering. Special orders are FIRM SALE and will require a non refundable deposit.
Replacement and warranty can also be dependant on some warranties with third parties, especially ones that we purchase from overseas suppliers as they may have different return and exchange policies. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time, we may remove the service or product for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service or product and any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service or product is at your sole risk. In no case shall GCSS, our director/s, staff/employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, licence holders and service providers be liable for any loss, injury, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to, lost savings, lost profits, replacement costs, lost revenue or similar damages arising from your use of any service or products procured using this service for any other claim related in any way you use the service or product. Because some States do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such States, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. * Please also see Indemnification and Severability under a separate heading*
We do not warrant the quality of products, services or information purchased or obtained by you directly from overseas companies that we deal with.
GCSS provides items new or “AS SPECIFIED IN THE DESCRIPTION” regarding online and Used Guns sales and the buyer should consider the application of the item for their application and use. GCSS does not take any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the application and use (or any subsequent events resulting thereof) of the advertised item by the buyer. GCSS does not take any responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages to the advertised item through the buyer using incorrect applications methods.
Repair, replacement or refund does not cover any guns, grips or magazines that have been tampered with by someone that is not a qualified gunsmith, eg. trigger guards, drilling extra holes, magazine adjustments.
If you have a MAJOR problem, you can choose between a replacement or a refund. Your return postage (if applicable) and the cost of the item will be refunded when we have received the item. A major problem includes, but is not limited to – unsafe to use, significantly different from the description, has an issue that would have stopped you from buying it if you’d have known about it, unfit to use for its purpose and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time. Your return postage (if applicable) will be credited once we have received the item.
This is in line with ACCC consumer guarantees guidelines for products bought on or after January 2011.
GCSS complies with import and export ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Controls. What this means for our buyers, is, that some of the items we sell are restricted or banned from sale to certain countries. We will not circumvent ITAR. it is a condition of sale that the buyer acknowledges that they are lawfully entitled to purchase the item, and will comply with any ITAR conditions (where applicable) and absolve GCSS of any and all liability following payment of the item.
ONLINE STORE AND PURCHASE
** IMPORTANT **
We need to get the licence number of some customers due to their state restrictions for magazines and gun parts – VIC, QLD and NSW customers. TAS customers, we are required to send parts and magazines to your nominated dealer. Please include your current FIREARMS licence number and expiry date in the dedicated note section when ordering magazines and any parts. Email firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of your current firearms licence. Please do not add delivery requests or information as that needs to be given to the carrier, Australia Post. We will not be able to send your order without this information on your order form. Grips, scopes, bipods etc does not need this info, only magazines and gun parts.
- We apologise that we are unable to offer PayPal as a payment option. As PayPal have a no firearms policy, they no longer support any sector of the industry that sells, promotes or uses Firearms at all. Please be assured that your details are secure and will not be used for marketing or sold to a third party.
- We do use a secure site and payment gateway, your details are safe.
As there are many limitations and laws relating to Firearm purchases, at this stage, ALL firearm purchases must go through the ‘contact us’ tabs, direct email to GCSS and direct phone contact with GCSS and not sold though the online store. This is to ensure we have the relevant information and correct items before purchase. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible colours or images of products we keep in store or can order through third party suppliers.
For USED GUNS (website) listings, we use the USED GUNS key of conditions to describe the condition of the firearm. Please check their website for these explanations. We have a 3rd party load and enter the details for the listings and are not liable for any errors or mistakes on descriptions on USED GUNS. Please ensure you use a computer with high resolution to view the images. It is first in, first served on sales and, as we are not open on the weekend, it is best to call us to ensure the sale as we may not get to your internet query in time. We do our best to update items sold. We require FULL PAYMENT for any items under $701 and 50% deposit for items over $701, balance payable within 14 days or storage fees will occur. We do not send or accept information to or from our personal mobile phones so cannot send you extra pictures this way. If the 3rd party is required to come in and take extra pictures so we can email them to you, charges may apply to cover their labour and use of equipment.
GCSS can offer to provide a storage facility for customers to store items, preferably short term (under 6 months). Any such provision of storage facilities will be charged as follows –
$20 (including GST) administration fee up front
$20 (including GST) per item per month
The first 3 months storage fees are to be paid in advance, regardless of how long the item stays in storage. If invoices are overdue by 90 days or more, the stored items will be sold to recover the amount owing to GCSS (Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967-1973) and you forfeit your title in those goods.
At our discretion, we may allow item/s to be stored for 14 days no charge awaiting paperwork. We will take into account delays in processing PTAs and paperwork during COVID-19 and WLB timeliness.

We are not responsible for information made available on this site or through hyperlinks that are not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Historical information may be contained on this website and is not current and provided for your information only.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of this service.
If you sign up to our online newsletter, we will use the email details to send you offers and discounts and to sometimes keep you updated with relevant industry news. This does not get used or sent/sold to a 3rd party. You can opt out any time.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
On Occasion, there may be information on our site or in the service we provide that contains typographical error, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, transit times, shipping charges and availability. We reserve the right to correct there errors and omissions and to change or update information, including cancelling orders, if the information in the service or related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

PROHIBITED USE/S OF WEBSITE
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using this site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal or state regulations, rules, laws or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age or disability on this and other related social media sites we operate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in a way that will affect the functionality or operation of the website; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website or social media for violating any of the prohibited uses.
INDEMNIFICATION AND SEVERABILTY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GCSS and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, suppliers, licensors, service providers and subcontractors, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
In the event that any provision of these Terms are determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be served from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us you no longer wish to use our services, or, when you cease using our site. If, in our sole judgement, you fail or we suspect you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site, or in respect to the Service/Product, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
These Terms and any separate agreement whereby we provide you service or product shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Our Terms have been issued under the direction of legal staff, other Dealers and specialists in the field of retail and consumer rights.
When supplying goods combined with services
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
